Frontier Foundations, Inc. and Layton Construction Co., Inc., (collectively Frontier/Layton), appeal from an order of the trial court which: (1) grants Thiokol Chemical Corporation's (Thiokol) motion for summary judgment dismissing Frontier/Layton's claims for additional compensation under a construction contract, and (2) denies Frontier/Layton's motion for partial summary judgment on such claims.1 We...
