Guerin, and his insurer, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm). Louisiana Insurance Guaranty Fund (LIGA) and deputy liquidator, Ralph Green as the liquidator for plaintiff's employer's worker's compensation carrier, intervened seeking reimbursement for those amounts paid to plaintiff...
