PER CURIAM.

We issued the writ of certiorari to review the judgment of the Court of Civil Appeals reversing the circuit court's holding that the Alabama Board of Examiners in Psychology was without authority to prohibit the petitioner, Thelma S. Givens, from holding herself out as a clinical psychologist. 576 So.2d 1274. We reverse the judgment and instruct the Court of Civil Appeals to set aside its judgment and affirm the judgment...
