This is an appeal in a redhibition suit. Howard Buteau, plaintiff-appellee, seeks rescission of the sale of a VM Marine engine purchased on July 17, 1984 from defendant-appellant, Teddy A. Leleux, d/b/a Roadrunner Marine. Leleux had acquired the engine from M & L Industries, Inc. (hereafter M & L), also made defendant herein.
