OPINION

FERNANDEZ, Judge.

The issue presented in this case is who owns a 2 1/2 acre parcel of property in Pinal County. Appellant Charles Bostwick contends that he owns a one-half interest as a tenant in common with appellees Barbara and Robert Jasin. The Jasins contend, on the other hand, that they are the sole owners of the property. The trial court ruled in favor of the Jasins and we affirm.
