Appellants are Arkansas Forestry Commission employees who seek overtime compensation and liquidated damages under the Fair Labor Standards Act. 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq. (West Supp.1991). The employees appeal two orders of the district court granting summary judgment to the Commission.
