McKUSICK, Chief Justice.

Both plaintiff Elden Bartlett and defendants Kenneth and Elsie Pullen claim title to a 40-acre parcel of land in Somerville. After a jury trial, the Superior Court (Lincoln County, McKinley, J.) entered judgment declaring Bartlett to hold title to the disputed parcel and awarding him damages for defendants' trespass. On the Pullens' appeal, we affirm.
