BOWEN, Judge.

Ronny Duncan, the appellant, was charged by separate indictments with two instances of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance. The cases were consolidated for trial and a jury convicted Duncan on both charges. In each case, he was sentenced to eight years' imprisonment (with the sentences to run concurrently) and was ordered to pay court costs and $25 to the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund.
