DOMENGEAUX, Chief Judge.

Defendant, Robert Dane Wilburn, was indicated for armed robbery, a violation of La.R.S. 14:64, and two counts of aggravated rape, violations of La.R.S. 14:42. Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant pled guilty to armed robbery, and the State moved to dismiss the aggravated rape charges. Defendant was sentenced to 30 years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.
