Defendant, Allen R. Godwin, appeals from a judgment of the circuit court of Jackson County finding him guilty of felony deceptive practices. (Ill.Rev.Stat.1987, ch. 38, par. 17-1(B)(d).) Defendant was sentenced to five years' imprisonment to be served consecutively to a sentence he is currently serving.
