PER CURIAM.
The state appeals the trial court's order that granted appellee's motion to suppress. We reverse and remand for the trial court to reconsider the matter in light of the Supreme Court's recent opinions in Florida v. Jimeno, ___ U.S. ___, 111 S.Ct. 1801, 114 L.Ed.2d 297 (1991) and Florida v. Bostick, ___ U.S. ___, 111 S.Ct. 2382, 115 L.Ed.2d 389 (1991).
REVERSED AND REMANDED FOR RECONSIDERATION.
