Dr. Dudley Marcus Stewart, Jr. appeals a judgment of the Trial Court which partitioned the assets and liabilities of the community property regime formerly existing between him and Mrs. Allison Jones Stewart, his divorced wife. The former spouses have agreed to the value and allotment of most of the assets, but there are three areas of dispute which the trial court resolved in favor of Mrs. Stewart.
