PER CURIAM.

Appellant was charged by indictment with conspiracy to sell over eight pounds of marijuana, sale of more than eight pounds of marijuana, and possession of marijuana for sale. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pled guilty to the conspiracy charge, a class 2 felony, in exchange for the state's agreement to dismiss the remaining charges.
