William Moser and Timothy Page were indicted with aggravated rape, a violation of La.R.S. 14:42. Defendants pled not guilty and, after trial by jury, were convicted as charged. The trial court denied defendants' motions for new trial and post verdict judgment of acquittal and sentenced them similarly to serve a term of life imprisonment at hard labor, without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.
