Defendant-appellant pled guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine. (21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B)). The district court departed downward from the guidelines and sentenced appellant to 66 months imprisonment and four years of supervised release.
