For the following reasons, we hold that a nonparty aider and abettor is bound by a court's order under Civ.R. 65(D) only if the nonparty has actual notice of the terms of that order. Although the court of appeals erroneously applied a lesser standard in this case, we hold that the evidence of notice was sufficient even under the stricter standard. We also conclude that a sufficient foundation was laid for the admission of the videotapes into evidence....
