HOUCK, District Judge:

Floyd Steven Hicks pled guilty to a one count indictment charging him with possession with intent to distribute 2,109.2 grams of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). He received a sentence of eleven years confinement to be followed by four years of supervised release and a fine of a $20,000.00.
