Defendant appeals his conviction for driving while under the influence of intoxicants. ORS 813.010. Defendant argues that the trial court erred in denying his "motion to suppress evidence seized from the stop of [his car]," in granting the state's motion to exclude a defense expert's testimony and in denying his motion for continuance "to provide the State with the time it claimed it needed to rebut the expert testimony."
