Seneca Resources Corporation instituted this concursus proceeding to determine the owners of certain immovable property, located in St. Bernard Parish, in order to distribute funds gained through several oil, gas and mineral leases operated by Seneca. At issue is the validity of the sale of the subject property on June 22, 1912 for nonpayment of 1911 taxes.
