In this appeal from a conviction for aggravated battery, the appellant raises six issues. We find that the appellant's argument that the trial court erred in imposing certain statutory costs without notice and an opportunity to be heard is without merit in light of the supreme court's ruling in State v. Beasley, 580 So.2d 139 (Fla. 1991) (trial court need not give a defendant notice and an opportunity to be heard...
