These are consolidated appeals by David Ross Dorr and Edward Wade Hawley from orders of the district court denying their motions, pursuant to Idaho Code § 18-309, for credit for time served prior to sentencing. A part of the time served was in the custody of federal authorities while awaiting disposition of federal charges and/or while serving time on federal sentences.
