Plaintiffs and Mission Gas and Oil Products, Inc. ("Mission") are being sued in various state court actions arising out of an explosion and fire on property adjoining plaintiffs' service station. Plaintiffs in three of the underlying suits are intervenors here: Adolf and Gladys DeFinizio and DeFinizio Imports, Inc. own the property on which the explosion and fire occurred; Linda Salvucci was seriously injured in the fire...
