(Chevron) and Gulf Marine Transportation (Gulf Marine), as well as a motion for summary judgment in favor of intervenor N.F. McCall Crews, Inc. (McCall). They also seek review of a denial of a motion to recuse the trial judge. We reverse the decisions granting the directed verdicts and the motion for summary judgment...
