A jury convicted Stevens Oil Company ("Stevens Oil"), two of its officers, Samuel Stevens and Terry Lanier, and Carl Jamerson, a government employee, for their respective parts in a scheme that defrauded the federal government of millions of dollars over a three year period beginning in 1982.
