ANDREWS, District Court Judge.
John Gargan was convicted of solicitation to commit perjury, in violation of AS 11.56.200(a) and AS 11.31.110(a), and tampering with physical evidence, in violation of AS 11.56.610(a)(2). He was sentenced to twenty-four months, with twenty months suspended and one year of probation. He was also sentenced to five hundred hours of community service.
