LINDSAY, Judge.

The defendant, R.L. Johnson, was convicted of theft of property valued at more than $100 but less than $500. The defendant filed motions for new trial and for post verdict judgment of acquittal, claiming the verdict was contrary to the law and the evidence and that the evidence failed to support his conviction. The trial court denied the motions and sentenced the defendant to serve one year at hard labor...
