Plaintiff, George Kambur appeals the trial court's judgment dismissing June Kambur's petition for divorce. We reverse, finding that there was no clear intent by either party to abandon the divorce proceedings.

Case Number 77-12917 originally began with a Petition for Separation which was filed by George Kambur on August 19, 1977. On April 21, 1981, a Petition for Divorce was filed by his wife in the same numbered proceedings. The chronology...
