Appellant Thomas Richard Henry and his wife, Gloria M. Henry, were indicted in 1987 for possession of stolen mail in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1708, conspiracy to fraudulently use stolen credit cards in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1029(b)(2), and fraudulent use of stolen credit cards in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1029(a)(2).
