After PCR rulings in the trial court and in this appeal of a sentence imposed to correct a double jeopardy problem arising out of defendant's original bargained-for plea and concurrent sentences in 1987 to attempted murder and to armed robbery, the defendant contends his 1990 sentence to 25 years at hard labor for attempted first degree murder is contrary to State ex rel. Adams v. Butler, 558 So.2d 552
