In this appeal of a judgment sustaining an exception of lis pendens in an action on an automobile lease, the record does not contain a copy of the pending lawsuit which was the basis of the exception. The pending lawsuit was presented to the trial court for review at the hearing on the exception but was not introduced in evidence.
