Plaintiff petitioned the lower court to fix the boundary between his campsite, located on False River in Pointe Coupee Parish, and that of the neighboring campsite, owned by defendants. In response to plaintiff's petition, defendants filed exceptions pleading the objections of ten years acquisitive prescription, thirty years acquisitive prescription, and ten years liberative prescription.
