BYRNES, Judge.

Margaret Verneuil was employed as an echocardiology technician at Mercy Hospital from January 1981 until 1984. Verneuil was admitted as a patient to Mercy Hospital in order to have surgery to remove an ovary. According to Verneuil, while in the post-operation recovery room Jules Poirier, III, her workplace supervisor, lifted the sheet and gown covering her in an attempt to view her abdominal incision.
