Marilyn Russell and her husband Lawrence Russell filed this suit for damages resulting from an incident in which Mrs. Russell was assaulted and her purse was stolen while she was attempting to enter a McDonald's Restaurant located at 6140 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, Louisiana.
