John Harvey Toyota, a potential Toyota dealership, and Gulf States Toyota, a regional distributorship, intervenors-defendants, appeal the trial court's decision in favor of Yokem Toyota, a dealership, enjoining the Motor Vehicle Commission from issuing a license to John Harvey Toyota. We affirm in part and remand.
