Edwin Jones appeals from the district court's1 denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus, raising claims of racial discrimination in the selection of the petit jury, prosecutorial misconduct, inconsistent jury verdicts, and ineffective assistance of counsel. We affirm the judgment of the district court.
