An information charged defendant Marlon Leon Johnson with burglary of an inhabited dwelling (Pen. Code, § 459) and alleged that Johnson had been convicted of a prior serious felony in Nevada (Pen. Code, § 667). Johnson initially pleaded guilty to the burglary and admitted the prior conviction.
