Defendants, Jackson Brothers, Inc., and Wesley Jackson (Jackson Brothers) appeal a judgment of the district court enjoining them from continued violation of the City of Albuquerque's (City) Zoning Code regulations with respect to a sign, and ordering immediate compliance.
