Following an alleged breach of a settlement agreement, Qualicare-Walsh, Inc., Harry P. Walsh, and Christine Walsh brought an action for damages against George Holder, James E. Ward, James E. Ward and Associates, Ward Drywall, Inc., and Aaron Ward. Harry and Christine Walsh appeal the district court's entry of summary judgment against them on their breach of settlement agreement claim.
