This case is another of a recent number of cases involving the interpretation of the new juvenile transfer statute, Ark.Code Ann. § 9-27-318 (Supp.1991). Appellant had five juvenile cases pending against him in chancery court when the prosecutor moved to transfer two of these cases to circuit court.
