Respondent, Ricky LaShelle, appeals the orders of the circuit court which found him responsible for certain obligations arising from the judgment dissolving his marriage with petitioner, Theresa LaShelle. The issue is whether the trial court's determination that respondent's obligation to pay a debt is in the nature of child support and thus not dischargeable by bankruptcy, pursuant to section 523(a)(5) of the Bankruptcy...
