The defendant, Monumental General Insurance Company (the successor of Cumberland Life Insurance Company), appeals from a summary judgment in favor of plaintiff, Bobby Jefferson. Mr. Jefferson was allowed to recover under the provisions of an accident policy for the partial amputation of his left foot.
