As in K.K.P. v. State, 580 So.2d 307 (Fla. 1st DCA 1991), we transfer this case to the District Court of Appeal, Second District. We also certify two enumerated questions to the Florida Supreme Court. Fla. R.App.P. 9.030(a)(2)(A)(v).
