Jetz Service Company, Inc., (Jetz) appeals the trial court's judgment in favor of Louise Chamberlain entered following a bench trial. Jetz sued Ms. Chamberlain claiming she breached a lease agreement that provided for the installation and maintenance of laundry equipment at an apartment building owned by Ms. Chamberlain.
