Appellant was charged by information with the misdemeanor offense of driving while intoxicated. Trial was to the court following a plea of not guilty. Appellant was found guilty as charged and punishment was assessed at confinement in the Harris County Jail for 60 days, probated for two years, and a $250 fine.
