This appeal presents for consideration the correctness of a judgment in a suit involving the interpretation of several contracts.

The main demand of the plaintiff, Security First National Bank (hereinafter the Bank), was based on eight contracts of continuing guaranty signed by the various defendants. Most of the remaining contracts in contention were pleaded by the individual guarantors either in defense of the main demand, or by way of the assertion...
