The People filed this interlocutory appeal pursuant to C.A.R. 4.1 and section 16-12-102(2), 8A C.R.S. (1986 & 1990 Supp.), to challenge two separate orders by the trial court suppressing statements made by the defendant, Virginia Lingo, and evidence found during a strip search of the defendant. We do not address the trial court's initial rulings on May 29, 1990, and we affirm the trial court's suppression order...
