Appeal is taken by writ of error from the granting of a "no-answer" default judgment against the petitioner, Nueces County Housing Assistance, Inc. (NCHA). The trial court's judgment awards respondent, M & M Resources (M & M), actual and exemplary damages for NCHA's alleged breach of contract, libel, and tortious interference with contract.
