This is an appeal from a judgment dismissing the plaintiffs' action for alleged breach of a contract to harvest crops.

During the spring and summer of 1980, Donald R. Johnson and Roy F. Linzay, doing business as a partnership, entered negotiations to cut soybeans for The Haas Investment Company, Inc.
