Roger Dale Johnson (defendant) was charged with selling marijuana, a controlled substance. § 195.020, RSMo 1986. A jury found him guilty and assessed his punishment at imprisonment for a term of ten years. Defendant was sentenced to serve the punishment assessed by the jury.
