This is a medical malpractice suit. Plaintiffs assert that defendant doctors were guilty of negligence in performing a surgical procedure to remove a kidney stone. Plaintiffs also assert that defendant hospital is likewise liable for the negligent conduct of defendant doctors in performing that operation. We granted summary judgment for the hospital from which plaintiffs have appealed.
